Straightforward user interface
The Load Moment Indicator is a complex system, with a straightforward user interface.
Fill out the required settings once for setup height, used method and tool to get the optimal indication. Currently available in four languages, more languages available on request.
SCREEN
The screen will show the three important safety factors:
- Stability of the machine
- Ground pressures of supports and tracks
- Leader tension
WARNINGS
Unsafe situations are indicated by red symbols.
In case of severe safety issues, the screen will show a red bevel and an acoustic signal will sound.
TOOL HEIGHT
- Option for actual tool height gives more detailed indication for stability
- Basic version calculates stability based on the pile length input
- With the real height detection, the safety is calculated in more detail
- Pictured is the pop-up for calibration of the real height
